Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Beast ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Beast is developed and operated by Creative Rebels sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland.

Beast is an AI-powered fitness coaching application that provides personalized workout guidance, nutrition tracking, and health insights. The App integrates with Apple HealthKit to deliver contextual coaching based on your activity, sleep, and biometric data.

Beast is a coaching tool, not a medical device. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Beast.

You sign in using Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile up to date (weight, goals, health conditions) so the AI can coach you safely.

Beast offers a free tier with limited messages per day and premium subscription plans with unlimited access.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency in the App Store. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

You agree not to:

• Use Beast for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App

• Abuse the AI coaching system (e.g., attempting to generate harmful content)

• Share your account access with others

• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure

• Scrape, data-mine, or automatically extract data from the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

BEAST IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE OR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER. The AI coaching, workout recommendations, and nutrition guidance are for informational and motivational purposes only.

You should consult a physician or qualified health provider before beginning any fitness program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or are pregnant.

By using Beast, you acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for your physical activity and agree that Beast and its developers are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or adverse effects resulting from following the App's recommendations.

If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

Beast's coaching responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated coaching advice. You should use your own judgment when following recommendations.

AI coaching is not a substitute for professional personal training, dietitian consultation, or medical advice.

All content, design, code, AI models, and branding associated with Beast are owned by Creative Rebels sp. z o.o. or licensed to us.

Your user-generated content (messages, logged meals, workout data) remains yours. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve the coaching service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEAST AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, HEALTH ISSUES, OR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using Beast at any time by deleting the App and cancelling any active subscriptions.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or if we discontinue the App.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases. Data deletion follows the timeline described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
